Non paid for items are held for 15 business days after message has been left of its arrival to the store.

Items may be returned for refund or exchange with receipt, if they have not been worn or washed, with tags still attached to the garment. They must be in new re-sellable condition and returned within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise arranged with management.
